Natural Paths to Wellness is looking for an energetic, highly- personable, and especially wellness-oriented medical assistant to fill a variety of rolls in our growing practice. This position will be supportive to the primary receptionist but will also have responsibility of overseeing the use and scheduling of red-light therapy, and infrared sauna. Its primary responsibility is to provide a seamless, first-class experience for each individual at every visit whether as a concierge in a reception roll or facilitating treatment programs. To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage multiple patients with grace and respect in the reception area even during peak demand and be comfortable assisting patients in our treatment suite.
Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with patients and our community.
