    HIAAH is a multi-state behavioral health group practice with over 60 providers across 7 states. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Medical Front Desk / Patient Access Coordinator to support scheduling, patient access, and front desk operations.

    This role plays a key part in ensuring patients are scheduled efficiently and that all intake information is accurate and complete from the start.

    What You’ll Do

    •  Answer incoming patient calls and assist with scheduling 
    •  Schedule new and returning patient appointments 
    •  Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance information 
    •  Ensure all patient information is accurate and complete at intake 
    •  Confirm active insurance and identify potential issues before visits 
    •  Manage cancellations, reschedules, and confirmations 
    •  Coordinate provider schedules across multiple locations 
    •  Support in-person patient check-in when needed 
    •  Maintain accurate records in EHR systems 
    What Makes This Role Important

    This role directly impacts billing accuracy and revenue by ensuring that patient information, scheduling, and intake are completed correctly the first time. Errors at this stage can lead to claim denials and delays.

    What We’re Looking For

    •  1+ year experience in medical front desk, scheduling, or healthcare admin 
    •  Strong communication and multitasking skills 
    •  High attention to detail and reliability 
    •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
    Preferred:

    •  Mental health or medical office experience 
    •  Spanish-speaking preferred; Arabic a strong plus 
    Schedule & Compensation

    •  Part-Time 
    •   10-25 hours per week
    •  $20–$27/hour (based on experience) 
    Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
