What You’ll Do
  • Deliver, set up, and retrieve home medical and oxygen equipment
  • Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment use and maintenance
  • Complete delivery paperwork, work orders, and patient documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with branch staff to ensure timely service
  • Assist with patient intake, insurance verification, and chart preparation
  • Respond professionally to walk-in patients, caregivers, and referral sources
  • Maintain vehicle and equipment in a clean, safe condition
  • Support after-hours patient needs through on-call rotations
  • Observe and report equipment hazards or incidents

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 65 pounds
  • Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Healthcare or medical equipment experience
  • Delivery, logistics, or route driving experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and troubleshooting equipment

About the Assignment
This role involves delivering and setting up medical equipment within a designated service area, providing patient education, and supporting branch operations.
