Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative Needed!

Pay Range: $19-20/hour (based on experience) plus bonus opportunity!
Position Type: Direct Hire

Looking for a healthcare role where you can make a difference without spending your entire day on the road? This position combines customer service, patient interaction, and medical equipment support, with home deliveries and setups making up only about 15% of the role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and caregivers.
• Answer questions, process paperwork, and assist with intake and data entry.
• Deliver and set up medical equipment in patients’ homes when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use of equipment.
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle and properly secure equipment during transport.
• Work closely with the team to ensure patients receive the equipment and support they need.
• Protect patient privacy and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Use email, Microsoft Office, phones, computers/tablets, and other standard office equipment.
• Lift and transport equipment weighing up to 65+ pounds and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Healthcare, medical equipment, or medical terminology experience is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning how medical equipment works.
