Medical Equipment Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Needed for Growing Healthcare Company! 

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key contact for patients, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Manage patient intake and verify Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
• Coordinate documentation and setup for medical equipment and respiratory services.
• Prepare CMNs, invoices, delivery paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Resolve patient questions and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Support office operations and equipment requests.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Home healthcare, medical billing, patient intake, or insurance verification experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.

A Few Things to Know

• May include on-call coverage and occasional home deliveries.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
