Reporting into the Residency Manager
Will be part of a 3 Coordinator Team supporting 16 Faculty and 24 Residents
Candidate able to work independently / self-starter / attention to detail very important
Strong computer skills
Knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications- Google sheets and excel - experience required
Strong customer service skills
This position will focus on:
scheduling residents' daily rotations
Assisting in the review and approval process for resident time off
quality checks in multiple systems
call schedules for residents and faculty
other individual and team responsibilities
Summary
With oversight and direction from the Medical Education Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of daily activities and operations as it pertains to Medical Education trainees, with a primary focus on the Family Medicine and Leadership Preventive Medicine Residencies and associated requirements through the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or other governing accrediting organization(s). The Program Coordinator is a resource for Residency Program Directors, teaching faculty and providers, residents and Practice Managers of the Family Health Centers, and collaborates across the healthcare enterprise.
Education
Three years experience in a professional office or academic setting. Strong analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.- Excel and Google Sheets
Certification, Registration, and Licensure
None required.
