    An expanding veterinary practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian to provide clinical leadership within a growing urgent care environment. This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who combines strong medical skills with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and practice development.

    What You’ll Do

    • Provide high-quality veterinary care for urgent and medical cases
    • Guide and mentor veterinarians and support team members
    • Establish and maintain clinical standards and protocols
    • Help develop efficient medical workflows and practice procedures
    • Support team performance, professional development, and collaboration
    • Foster a positive and patient-focused workplace culture
    • Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community
    • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
    • Maintain compliance with applicable veterinary regulations and standards

    Qualifications

    • DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
    • Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
    • 3+ years of veterinary experience
    • Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
    • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
    • Leadership or mentorship experience
    • Ability to effectively guide and support a veterinary team
    • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
