Lead While Continuing to Practice

This is a clinical leadership opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to make an impact without moving away from patient care.

As Medical Director, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource for the veterinary team while partnering with hospital and operational leadership on the continued success of the practice.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to fellow veterinarians
  • Help maintain high standards for patient care and medical quality
  • Support doctor development and continued clinical growth
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen hospital workflows and patient care
  • Partner with hospital leadership on goals and continued growth
  • Continue seeing patients and practicing medicine in your areas of interest

You'll have strong operational support behind you, allowing you to focus your leadership on medicine and people rather than administrative overload.
