Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a physician to serve as Medical Director of Urgent Care & Occupational Health in Findlay, Northwest Ohio.

Clinical Responsibilities (80%)
- Provide urgent care services for acute illnesses and injuries
- Deliver occupational medicine services
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required
Medical Director Responsibilities (20%)
- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
- Oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes
- Collaborate with and support Advanced Practice Providers
- Train and onboard new providers
- Partner with operational leaders to advance service line goals
Compensation & Benefits
- $300,000 base salary (includes vacation and CME)
- $100,000 signing bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
- 5 weeks paid time off/CME
- $5,000 annual CME
- $10,000 relocation assistance
