    We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Director to lead clinical operations at a well-established veterinary practice specializing in exotic animal care. The position involves overseeing medical standards, supporting team development, and providing treatment for a diverse range of species in a modern, fully equipped facility.     Core Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee medical operations with support from an experienced leadership team
    • Provide comprehensive care for a wide variety of exotic species, including birds, reptiles, and small mammals
    • Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality patient care
    • Support and mentor veterinary staff while fostering a positive clinic culture
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance clinical processes and service delivery

    Required Qualifications

    • Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in California or eligibility to obtain licensure
    • Minimum 5 years of veterinary experience, including exotic animal medicine

    Compensation & Benefits
