    Psychiatric Medical Director

    Our client is a growing healthcare organization looking for an experienced Psychiatric Medical Director to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatrist who is interested in providing clinical leadership while continuing to see patients and make an impact on the quality of care being provided.

    The Position: The Psychiatric Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight while continuing to provide direct patient care. This position is approximately 70% clinical and 30% administrative, making it a great opportunity for a Psychiatrist who wants to maintain a strong clinical presence while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

    Our client is offering the following compensation and benefits:

    • $250,000 – $360,000+ depending on experience

    Requirements:

    • Florida Medical License
    • BE/BC in Psychiatry
    • Psychiatric leadership/management experience required 
    • Strong clinical and communication skills
    • Monday – Friday schedule
    • No Nights
    • No Weekends

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide psychiatric care to patients
    • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the psychiatric team
    • Approximately 70% clinical / 30% administrative
    • Establish and maintain clinical standards, protocols, and evidence-based practices
    • Supervise and mentor psychiatric providers and clinical staff
    • Assist with Quality Improvement initiatives
    • Monitor clinical outcomes and help improve patient care
    • Collaborate with leadership regarding clinical operations and strategic initiatives
    • Support compliance with applicable regulatory and healthcare standards
