    Medical Director – Emergency Medicine

    Rockwall, Texas | Dallas Metroplex

    Integrative Emergency Services (IES) is seeking an experienced, board-certified Emergency Medicine physician to serve in a Medical Director leadership role within the Baylor Scott & White Emergency Hospital system.

    This opportunity will provide physician leadership and oversight of the daily clinical operations o in Rockwall, Texas, while maintaining an active clinical practice. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician leader—or a strong EM physician ready to advance into leadership—to make a meaningful impact within a growing DFW market.

    Candidate Qualifications

    • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine — ABEM or AOBEM

    • Active or eligible Texas Medical License

    • Active DEA

    • Prior physician leadership, Medical Director, or administrative experience preferred

    • Strong communication, team-building, and operational leadership skills

    The Opportunity

    • Employment: Full-time | W-2

    • Clinical Schedule: 12-hour shifts

    • Full-Time Commitment: 120 combined clinical/admin hours/month

    • Annual Volume: Approximately 12,272 visits

    • Facility: 16 beds

      • 8 Emergency Department beds

      • 8 Inpatient beds

    • EMR: EPIC

    • Comprehensive clinical support including:

      • Experienced nursing staff

      • ED technicians/paramedics

      • Radiology technicians

      • Telemedicine hospitalist support

    Leadership & Compensation

    This position offers a comprehensive compensation structure designed to reward both clinical performance and physician leadership:

    • Guaranteed base hourly rate

    • RVU productivity compensation

    • Quality metric compensation

    • Monthly Medical Director administrative stipend

    • $5,000 annual business expense account (CME allowance)

    • Paid occurrence-based malpractice insurance
