Odenton Veterinary Hospital is a small animal hospital between DC, Baltimore, and the beach, and we're looking for a Medical Director to lead our close-knit team.

What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the veterinary team while promoting high-quality medicine and patient care
- Provide comprehensive wellness, surgical, dental, and medical care
- Support associate veterinarians in their professional growth and clinical development
- Collaborate with a supportive, experienced team to maintain a positive and efficient hospital environment
- Build strong relationships with clients and patients in a community-focused setting
- Help shape the medical direction of the practice while encouraging doctors to explore and develop their professional interests, including surgery
Requirements
- Licensed (or eligible) DVM in Maryland
- Team-oriented and enthusiastic about high-quality care
