We are seeking a compassionate and strategic Medical Director to provide clinical leadership, mentor providers, and strengthen partnerships with MedStar hospitals and referring providers throughout the region.

What You’ll Do

As Medical Director, you will:

• Lead and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff
• Drive clinical excellence and evidence-based patient care
• Serve as the primary liaison between CoreLife and MedStar hospitals
• Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and development
• Optimize clinic operations, workflows, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate on strategic growth and business development initiatives
• Promote a multidisciplinary, patient-centered care model
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

Required:

• Licensed Physician with active DEA and Controlled Substance credentials
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Primary Care or related specialty
• Proven clinical leadership experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

Preferred:

• Obesity Medicine certification
• Experience in value-based care or multidisciplinary healthcare models
• Passion for preventive medicine and chronic disease management
