    We're looking for a dedicated Physician / Medical Director to join our team in this beautiful East Bay location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership in a city renowned for its scenic beauty, excellent schools, and thriving community events.

    As a Medical Director, you’ll be a key player in delivering outstanding patient care while managing and mentoring your team. You'll work closely with the Director of Medical Operations to ensure seamless clinical care delivery, clinician onboarding, and effective center management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct patient care and lead by example in an Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care setting 
    • Oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, and ensure best-in-class care delivery
    • Collaborate with the Director Team to drive clinical improvements and ensure workflow compliance
    • Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests
    • Manage staffing levels and optimize center operations


    Requirements

    • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
    • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine
    • Active medical and DEA licenses
    • 2 years of relevant clinical and supervisory experience preferred
    • Experience in managed care and physician management preferred

    The base compensation for this role ranges from $275,000.00 to $342,000.00 annually,.
