What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care to small animal patients
- Lead and mentor the small animal medical team while fostering a collaborative culture
- Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community
- Help create and implement medical protocols and best practices that support high-quality care
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent with the ability to become licensed in Michigan
- Experienced veterinarian with an interest in providing mentorship mentorship
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for high-quality medicine and team development
- Equine experience is a plus but not required
