    Looking for the opportunity to lead a thriving hospital with a collaborative team, loyal client base, and the support to practice exceptional medicine? Kern Road Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Small Animal Medical Director to join our team in Fowlerville, Michigan.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and preventive care to small animal patients
    • Lead and mentor the small animal medical team while fostering a collaborative culture
    • Build strong relationships with clients and the surrounding community
    • Help create and implement medical protocols and best practices that support high-quality care

    Requirements

    • DVM or equivalent with the ability to become licensed in Michigan
    • Experienced veterinarian with an interest in providing mentorship mentorship
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Passion for high-quality medicine and team development
    • Equine experience is a plus but not required
