This is a full-time Medical Director role within an established small animal general practice. You'll continue seeing patients while helping guide medical standards, strengthen team collaboration, and shape the practice's future—with an emphasis on clinical leadership rather than stepping away from medicine entirely.

What You’ll Be Doing

The practice focuses on companion animal general medicine, with opportunities across preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, surgery, and urgent cases during regular business hours. In-house diagnostic resources and an experienced support team help facilitate patient care.

The Basics

• Schedule: Full-time, four-day work week, with three consecutive days off and rotating Saturdays

• Licensure: Arizona veterinary license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting
