Job Details

• Supervise every provider at the site; run evaluations and monthly provider meetings
• Own productivity, quality and accreditation readiness (Joint Commission, NCQA)
• Oversee residents and students training at the site
• Partner with nursing and office managers on staffing and patient experience
• Keep an active panel caring for patients of all ages

Requirements

• MD or DO with a completed family medicine residency
• Active New York medical license, DEA and BLS
• Board certified or board eligible in family medicine
• Comfortable caring for every age, newborn to geriatric
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred; Spanish a plus
