Role Overview
Lead the medical team while providing advanced veterinary care for small animals, exotic pets, and birds in a collaborative, well-equipped hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee medical standards and patient care
Mentor veterinarians and support staff
Perform wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry
Treat dogs, cats, exotic pets, and avian patients
Support hospital operations and enhance the client experience
Qualifications
DVM degree with a Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one)
Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing leadership skills
Experience with or interest in exotic and avian medicine
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
