Position Overview
Seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong manual dexterity to support the assembly of life-saving medical devices. This role involves precision sewing, working with biological materials, and performing repetitive, high-focus tasks in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed sewing and tissue preparation for device assembly
Work with animal tissue in a controlled lab setting
Use microscopes and fine tools (needles, forceps, scissors)
Follow step-by-step assembly processes in a production environment
Inspect work for quality and document results accurately
Adhere to strict safety, cleanliness, and manufacturing standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work
Comfortable working with biological materials
Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
Work Environment
Cleanroom setting with full protective gowning
Extended periods sitting and working under magnification
Repetitive hand movements and precise manual work required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
