Join Our Diabetes Sales Team

Acentus, a division of Prism Medical Products, is a technology-driven healthcare company focused on providing vital medical supplies and services for patients living with diabetes and other chronic conditions.

The Territory Account Manager - Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) is responsible for developing new referral partnerships and supporting existing provider relationships throughout an assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working directly with physician practices to grow referral volume and improve patient access to CGM technology.

A Day in the Life

• Develop new referral relationships within endocrinology and large primary care practices.
• Manage and grow existing referral partnerships throughout the territory.
• Educate healthcare providers on CGM products, insurance coverage requirements, and patient qualification guidelines.
• Conduct individual and group presentations with physicians, nurses, diabetes educators, and clinical staff.
• Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
• Attend conferences, industry events, and sales meetings.
• Achieve referral growth goals and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Strongly Preferred

• 2+ years of medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, DME, healthcare technology, provider relations, or healthcare business development experience.
• Experience calling on physician offices, specialty practices, hospitals, or healthcare providers.
• Established track record of territory growth and provider relationship development.
• Knowledge of diabetes care, CGM technology, or chronic disease management is a plus.

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Up to 75% travel, including overnight travel as needed.
