Medical Device Assembler/ Manufacturing Operator/ Cleanroom

• Perform assembly, repair, testing, and inspection of medical devices including pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related components.
• Follow standardized work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and safety requirements.
• Handle and assemble small components with strong attention to detail.
• Complete accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation.
• Maintain parts traceability and support product quality requirements.
• Use electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate production issues and solutions to supervisors and manufacturing teams.
• Follow cleanroom, gowning, QMS, EMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Support production goals for quality, productivity, and on-time completion.

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED preferred; ability to follow written and verbal instructions, use basic computer systems, handle small components, and work in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.
