Tulsa, OK | $17–$20/hr | Full-Time | Contract | Monday–Friday| 8 am to 5 pm

• Assist customers by phone with questions and account inquiries
• Update customer information
• Maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience required (medical experience is a plus!)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
