Client: NM Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (NMDVR) / NM Disability Determination Services (NMDDS)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor, up to 4-year term
Location: NMDDS Office, 7421 Bartlett NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (remote status pending Agency confirmation)
Commitment: Minimum 20 hrs/week average (quarterly), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MT, Mon–Fri

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete SSA-2506 Psychiatric Review Technique (PRTF) forms
- Assist with SSA-4734-F4-SUP Mental RFC (MRFC) forms
- Assist with SSA-538-F6 (psychiatric impairments) and SSA-416 forms
- Perform full mental impairment evaluation per 20 CFR 404.1520a / 416.920a
- Consult with treating psychiatrists and other providers
- Consult with Disability Adjudicators on psychiatric evidence adequacy
- Attend SSA/NMDDS training; assist in training new Adjudicators
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy rate and 3-workday average case turnaround
Mandatory Requirements:
- Current, valid, non-restricted Psychiatry license, good standing, no disciplinary violations
- Licensed in New Mexico (pending written confirmation on out-of-state license acceptance)
- Eligible to pass SSA background check
- Available 20+ hrs/week average, quarterly
