We are seeking experienced Medical Coders to contribute their healthcare coding expertise to an innovative project focused on improving next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will review and annotate medical records, evaluate coding accuracy, and provide expert feedback to support the development of high-quality medical datasets. No prior AI experience is required—your coding expertise and attention to detail are what matter most.
Review and annotate medical records to accurately assign ICD-10 and CPT codes based on clinical documentation.
Apply Evaluation & Management (E&M) guidelines to assess coding levels and validate healthcare datasets.
Ensure compliance with current medical coding standards and guidelines.
Analyze clinical documentation and identify coding-related ambiguities or inconsistencies.
Provide expert feedback on coding guidelines, edge cases, and documentation scenarios.
Collaborate with project teams through written and verbal communication to improve AI training data quality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital annotation tools or healthcare data projects is a plus.
