Position Overview: This role is part of our Revenue Cycle Management team.
The candidate will be responsible for:
" Handling inbound calls related to billing statement inquiries
" Following up on outstanding patient balances
" Interpreting EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
" Resolving unpaid accounts efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
Required Skills:
" Strong medical billing and insurance knowledge
" Experience with customer service in a healthcare setting
" Ability to interpret EOBs
" Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
