What You'll Do:

• Claim Management: Oversee the end-to-end review and processing of medical claims and navigate the appeals process to resolve claim denials.
• Cash Posting: Accurately post payments and manage cash receipts to ensure up-to-date financial records.
• A/R Excellence: Perform timely Accounts Receivable follow-up to resolve discrepancies and ensure all submissions meet strict timely filing guidelines.
• Daily Productivity: Maintain a high level of efficiency with the ability to process and manage a minimum of 30 claims per day.
• Payer Navigation: Utilize deep expertise across all payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial insurance, VA/Government programs, and Workers’ Comp.
