Medical Billing & Collections Representative to join its team. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity to manage complex billing and reimbursement for commercial carriers, out-of-network claims, and vein-related procedures. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of billing and collections expertise, including hands-on experience with vascular/vein services and a strong understanding of reimbursement structures.
Medical Biller Comp & Benefits:- Competitive pay: $26$30/hour, based on experience

Medical Biller Responsibilities:- Monitor and follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims with commercial carriers and out-of-network payers, especially for vein procedures
- Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients to resolve outstanding balances
- Manage claim denials by submitting timely and effective appeals
- Collaborate with management and coding teams to ensure accurate coding for vein treatments
- Investigate and resolve OON reimbursement issues; negotiate with carriers for fair payment
- Explain billing statements, charges, and patient responsibilities; assist with payment plans
- Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and reconciliation of payments, adjustments, and write-offs
Medical Biller Qualifications:- 3-5 years of medical billing & collections experience with commercial carriers and out-of-network claims
- Prior experience with vein-related procedures (ablation, sclerotherapy, ultrasound-guided treatments) strongly preferred
- Proficiency with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding for vein services
- Skilled in medical billing software, EHR, and claims management systems
- Strong communication skills with patients, providers, and carriers
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
