Medical Biller/Software Support Specialist

Hudson, OH | Starting at $21/hour | Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Are you an experienced Medical Biller looking to take your career beyond traditional billing? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that develops, sells, and supports innovative medical billing software used by healthcare organizations nationwide.

We're seeking sharp, detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in medical billing who are ready to leverage their expertise in a technology-focused support role. Rather than processing claims all day, you'll help clients successfully navigate and utilize industry-leading billing software while solving problems and providing exceptional customer support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide software support to medical billing professionals and healthcare clients
  • Troubleshoot issues and help users maximize the effectiveness of the software
  • Communicate solutions clearly through phone, email, and other support channels
  • Use your medical billing knowledge to resolve customer questions and challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
