We're seeking sharp, detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in medical billing who are ready to leverage their expertise in a technology-focused support role. Rather than processing claims all day, you'll help clients successfully navigate and utilize industry-leading billing software while solving problems and providing exceptional customer support.

What You'll Do:

Provide software support to medical billing professionals and healthcare clients

Troubleshoot issues and help users maximize the effectiveness of the software

Communicate solutions clearly through phone, email, and other support channels

Use your medical billing knowledge to resolve customer questions and challenges

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
