Description
This position involves assisting physicians and maintaining patient flow in a clinical setting. 
The role is a contract position located onsite in Danbury, CT, with a standard weekday schedule and occasional weekend or evening shifts. 
Candidates must possess relevant experience and knowledge of medical procedures and regulations.

Requirements
Experience as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician
Completion of a Medical Assistant course from an accredited school preferred
Ability to demonstrate a mature, dependable, and responsible approach
Knowledge of medical office procedures and insurance verification
Understanding of legalities regarding patient confidentiality
Familiarity with OSHA regulations

Qualifications
Medical Assistant board certification/registration preferred
High school graduate or GED
