Orandi Allergy and Asthma Center is a privately owned medical practice that has proudly served West Michigan and surrounding communities for over 8 years. We are a small, close-knit, and fast-paced team looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and hands-on individual who enjoys being part of a collaborative work environment.

Hours:
No Fridays or weekend shifts
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6:45am - 5:00pm
Unpaid Lunch: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Tuesday: 8:45am - 6:30pm
Unpaid Lunch: 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Administer injections
• Room patients
• Allergy testing
• Perform pulmonary function tests
• Process refills
• Respond to patient questions
• Process incoming fax messages
• Send appointment reminder text
• Send prescriptions
• Scan documentation into patient chart
• Prior authorizations
• Create encounters in EMR system, EPIC
• Contact referrals
• Other duties as needed

Medical specialties:• Allergy & Immunology
Education:• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through American Medical Technologists (AMT) required upon hire.
Experience:• Epic EHR Software: 1 year
