About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at ELITE MEDICINE PC as a Medical Assistant in Twin Falls, ID! In this vital role, you will support our healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers remotely by sending referrals, requesting records, etc..
  • Prepare and maintain patient charts and medical records accurately.
  • Reconcile medications and vaccinations as directed by providers.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and manage the scheduling system.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the clinic.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Medical assistant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures as well as medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
