    Medical Assistant – Immunization Clinic

    Location: Tulsa, OK
    Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience
    Schedule: Monday–Friday | Shifts between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
    Assignment: Temporary | End of September through End of November

    Job Summary

    Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking dependable and compassionate Medical Assistants (MAs) to assist with a seasonal immunization clinic from the end of September through the end of November. This is a great opportunity for an experienced MA who enjoys providing patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment and is looking for a temporary weekday assignment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer vaccinations safely and accurately according to established protocols.
    • Screen patients prior to immunization and review relevant medical information.
    • Monitor patients following vaccinations and respond appropriately to any concerns or reactions.
    • Provide clear and compassionate patient education regarding vaccines, potential side effects, and aftercare.
    • Accurately document vaccinations and patient information in the appropriate medical records and systems.
    • Maintain proper vaccine storage, handling, and inventory according to established guidelines.
    • Follow all infection control, safety, and clinic procedures.
    • Assist with patient flow and other clinical duties as needed.
    • Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-focused environment.

    Qualifications

    • Medical Assistant certification preferred.
    • Previous vaccination, clinical, or patient-care experience preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
    • Excellent communication and patient-service skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic setting.
    • Must be dependable and available for weekday shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM throughout the assignment.
