Certified Medical Assistant
This role supports daily clinical operations by providing direct patient care, performing diagnostic testing, and ensuring accurate documentation within a fast‑paced medical practice. The ideal candidate is a certified medical assistant who is comfortable multitasking, communicating clearly, and delivering a positive patient experience.
Process and room patients, ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day.
Obtain and document vital signs with accuracy.
Administer medications as directed by clinical staff.
Perform point‑of‑care testing, including Flu, Strep, COVID‑19, urinalysis, urine pregnancy tests, and ECGs.
Scan and upload documents into patient charts to maintain complete and organized medical records.
Monitor and respond to incoming patient messages and inquiries.
Support general clinical operations as needed to maintain an efficient and patient‑centered environment.
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential.
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Prior experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting preferred.
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a busy clinical environment.
Bilingual communication skills, which are highly valued for patient engagement.
Full‑time, 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
Shift options include:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
