• $15.46-$25.24/hr. based on previous work experience

• Screens patient and obtains pertinent information
• Assists physician or advanced practitioner during patient visit in accordance with age specific needs
• Assists the physician or advanced practitioner in all aspects of patient care and communication as instructed
• Maintains the exam rooms and work environment
• Provides support to the clinic as needed

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited program in Medical Assistant Training or equivalent experience required

Experience

• Prefer at least one year experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care
• Experience in office clerical activities desirable

(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC

• CMA or RMA preferred

M-F 0745 am to 4:45 pm
