Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Assistant (MA) for the client based in Scottsdale, AZ 85253. This is a 100% onsite, direct hire role with a strong emphasis on patient interaction, clinical support, and workflow efficiency.

• Salary Range: $23 - $25/ Hour

Job Summary

The Medical Assistant (MA) will support clinical operations within an outpatient clinic setting, assisting providers with patient care, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient exams and clinical procedures
• Record vital signs, medical history, and patient documentation
• Perform Blood draws / phlebotomy
• Manage patient flow and maintain clinic efficiency
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed
• Quality control procedures
• Maintaining high standards of patient interaction

 

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program (certificate or diploma required)
• Active Medical Assistant Certification/Registration (CMA/RMA or equivalent)
• Active BLS Certification
• Minimum 2–5 years of MA experience (Open to new graduates)
• Comfortable with phlebotomy/blood draws
