We are seeking a Medical Assistant who shares our commitment to excellence and patient-centered care to join our dedicated clinical team.
Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures such as IUIs, pap smears, hysteroscopies, and endometrial biopsies
Obtain and record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately
Track and document lab results; follow up with appropriate clinical staff
Ensure exam rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and ready for use
Support clinical workflow by prepping patient charts, reviewing labs, and assisting during ultrasounds and other procedures
Provide empathetic care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, physicians, and staff
Assist with front desk responsibilities, including appointment check-in/out and payment collection when needed
2–3 years of experience as a medical assistant in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility preferred
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Compassionate and professional demeanor with a patient-first mindset
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving clinical setting
Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and holidays
