You'll partner with physicians and nurse practitioners on patient care, room patients, take vitals, and manage clinical documentation. Responsibilities
Room patients, take vitals, and update clinical history in the EMR
Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient education
Administer medications and vaccines per provider orders and protocol
Manage referrals, prior authorizations, and lab follow-ups
Maintain a clean, stocked, and compliant exam-room environment
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
MA certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) required
1+ years of clinical MA experience preferred
EMR experience (Epic or Athena preferred)
Strong communication and patient-service skills
