What You'll Do:

In this dynamic role, you'll be an essential part of both the clinical and surgical patient experience. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming, triaging, and rooming patients
• Keeping clinic flow running smoothly and efficiently
• Accurately documenting patient information in the EMR
• Supporting patients through pre- and post-operative care
• Maintaining sterile technique and assisting during procedures
• Preparing and turning over procedure rooms
• Coordinating surgical scheduling
• Obtaining prior authorizations
• Assisting with additional tasks to support the team

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of medical experience
• Strong computer and EMR skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• A friendly, professional presence with patients and colleagues
• Experience in ophthalmology or plastic surgery is a plus—but not required

Schedule:

• Monday (Williamsburg): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
