- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, assisting patients with billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and follow-up on unpaid or denied claims to maximize reimbursement.

**Qualifications:**

- Certification as a Medical Assistant or relevant qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience in a medical office setting with familiarity in medical billing and coding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on patient service.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and billing software.
