Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator for our client in Simi Valley, CA 93065. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Simi Valley, CA 93065
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM 5:15 PM (5x8s)
Pay rate: 30-35$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Room and check in patients; obtain vital signs.
  • Perform venipuncture, phlebotomy, audiometry, and vision testing as ordered.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  • Verify insurance, demographics, benefits, and collect co-payments.
  • Process referrals and obtain required authorizations.
  • Answer phones and provide clerical support.
  • Prepare charts, scan/file documents, and maintain supplies and records.
  • Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • CMA or RMA certification preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Audiometry/vision training or CHDP certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
