Medical Assistant — bVitalEmployment type: Full-Time, On-Site (W2) | Location: Park City, UT | Reports to: Practice Manager
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Who You AreYou are a certified medical assistant who is genuinely good at two things that most people treat as separate: clinical precision and patient connection. You can run IVs, execute a protocol, and keep a room turning without losing the human side of why the patient is there. You do not think those things are in conflict.
You thrive when the day is full and unpredictable. You do not need every task handed to you. When something needs to happen, you figure out what it is and you do it. When the room needs restocking, you notice before anyone asks. When a patient is anxious, you steady them without
breaking stride.
You have worked in clinical settings where the standard is high and the pace is real. You are not looking for a slow day. You want to be part of a team that takes quality seriously, uses tools most MAs never see, and holds each other to a standard that actually means something.
What you are tired of: clinics where the bar is low, the training is thin, and excellence is optional. You want to work somewhere that expects more from you — because you expect more from yourself.
About bVitalbVital is a regenerative medicine and brain health clinic in Park City, Utah. We offer IV therapy, brain regeneration protocols, HBOT, advanced apheresis, and an evolving suite of integrative clinical services for patients dealing with neurological conditions, chronic illness, and performance decline. Our patients are motivated and our protocols are advanced. The clinical environment is fast, the team is tight, and the
standard is high. We invest in our people and we cross-train everyone. If you want to work at the edge of what integrative medicine can do, this is where that happens.
The RoleNo two days look exactly the same. You will move between direct patient care, clinical operations, and follow-up tasks depending on what the day requires. You will be cross-trained across all modalities and are expected to flex where the team needs you. The non-negotiables are consistent: rooms ready, tasks done same-day, patients treated like people not appointments.
Direct Patient Care- Administer IVs, perform phlebotomy, and support advanced therapies including HBOT, Red Light,
- EECP, EBOO, Weber, prTMS, and others.
- Prepare, run, and break down patient sessions with attention to safety, protocol, and patient
- experience at every step.
- Educate and reassure patients throughout their visit, connecting what they are doing to why it
- matters for their recovery or performance.
Patient Communication and Follow-Up- Return patient calls within the same business day and respond to portal and email messages with
- accuracy and warmth.
- Monitor the labs inbox and upload results into Cerbo promptly and accurately.
- Complete Cerbo tasks within 24 hours — weekends included, with a maximum 24-hour window.
- Document every patient interaction same-day, no exceptions.
Clinical Operations- Track and manage inventory: supplements, lab kits, clinical supplies, and devices.
- Restock before things run out. Notice before anyone has to ask.
- Support lab uploads multiple times per week and flex back into patient care as needed.
- Keep patient rooms clean, stocked, and presentation-ready at all times.
Who Thrives HereMust-haves:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent clinical training
- IV and phlebotomy experience — or a strong clinical foundation and genuine willingness to learn
- Comfort with EMR systems; Cerbo experience is a plus
- Same-day documentation habits — this is not optional
- Reliable, on-time, and fully present for a Monday through Friday schedule
Bonus points:- Experience in an integrative, functional, or regenerative medicine setting
- Familiarity with advanced therapies: HBOT, ozone, apheresis, or frequency-based modalities
- Wasatch Back residency (Park City, Heber, Midway, or Kamas area)
You thrive here if...- A full, fast-paced day energizes you rather than depletes you.
- You take the clinical side and the patient experience side equally seriously — you do not treat one as
- more important than the other.
- You notice what needs to happen and you do it, without waiting to be told.
This is not the right fit if...- You need a slow or highly structured day to perform at your best.
- Documentation and follow-up feel like afterthoughts to you. Here they are part of the job.
- You are looking for a standard clinic environment. This one is not standard.
How You'll Be Measured1. Patient experience — do patients feel cared for, informed, and confident throughout their visit?
2. Clinical execution — are protocols run accurately, safely, and on time?
3. Same-day completion — calls returned, tasks done, documentation finished before you leave
4. Operational reliability — rooms stocked, inventory tracked, nothing falling through the cracks
