    Job Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

    What You''ll Be Doing:

    • Assist providers and nursing staff with patient preparation and care coordination
    • Gather and document patient information to support clinical decision-making
    • Maintain clinical work areas, equipment, and supplies
    • Support efficient patient flow and clinic operations
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HCC policies and procedures
    • Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all patient and staff interactions
    • Perform other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations

    Job Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required
    • Current Medical Assistant Certification preferred
    • Current CPR certification preferred - training available

    Special Skills and Abilities:

    • Basic clinical knowledge and skill level appropriate to education and training
    • Ability to seek, accept, and utilize supervision appropriately
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to document accurately and appropriately
    • Basic knowledge of age-specific patient care considerations
    • Basic computer skills
    • Working knowledge of insurance types
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
    • Flexibility and reliability to support float coverage needs
