    Medical Assistant
    Monday- Friday, 0730-1600, No holidays, no weekends, no call.

    Registered Medical Assistant, Previous Epic experience. Able to room patients, manage in basket tasks, monitor phones, schedule follow up appointments and scans, assist provider within office procedures. Flexibility to float to other areas within our department.

    Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned
    Special Requirements: The radiation oncology department serves a vast number of patients from pediatric through adult that have been diagnosed with some form of cancer. Patients are seen for consultation, treatment, and follow up.
    The medical assistant role aides patients through their care during follow up. They work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other providers through the department. They perform but are not limited to rooming activities, vital signs, scheduling appointments and assisting patients while in the department.

    We are open Monday through Friday from 7-530. No weekends or holidays. Shifts are 8 hour days with a Friday rotation that requires MA to stay until 5:30 on that day.
