What Youll Do
- Assist healthcare providers in outpatient clinic operations, including patient check-in, vitals, and documentation
- Manage patient flow and update medical records using Epic (Excellian)
- Support spine diagnosis and pain management services, including handling low back pain and chronic pain cases
- Prepare exam rooms, sterilize equipment, and ensure a clean, safe environment
- Educate patients on procedures and follow-up care as directed by providers
- Collaborate with team members to deliver compassionate, efficient patient care
- Float within scope to different locations as needed, including Allina Health Buffalo Specialty Center and Centennial Lakes
What You Need
Required:- Valid BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience or relevant healthcare background
- Ability to work day shifts (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:- Experience with Epic (Excellian) charting
- Prior outpatient clinic experience focused on pain and spine diagnoses
