    Job Summary:
    Tryfacta is seeking a Medical Assistant for our client in Seattle, WA 98122. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

    Position Title: Medical Assistant
    Location: Seattle, WA 98122
    Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)
    Work Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
    • Schedule patient procedures and appointments
    • Obtain and document vital signs and perform 12-lead EKG/ECG
    • Prepare patients for examinations and update medical histories
    • Verify insurance information and coordinate appointments
    • Perform telephone triage and communicate with patients regarding care
    • Review laboratory results and maintain accurate documentation in Epic
    • Provide quality patient care in an adult cardiology outpatient clinic
    • Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and infection control guidelines
    To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
    • Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in an Adult Outpatient Clinic
    • Procedure scheduling experience preferred
    • If no procedure scheduling experience, outpatient Cardiology experience is required
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Experience obtaining vital signs, 12-lead EKG/ECG, pulse oximetry, height/weight, and hearing screening
    • Knowledge of insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and telephone triage
    • Ability to review lab results and document patient history, medications, and allergies
    • BLS Certification (Required)
    • Active Washington Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) License required
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
    • Active Washington Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) License required
    Additional Information:
    • Open to both local and non-local candidates
    • No on-call or weekend requirements
    • Same clinic location throughout the assignment (no floating)
    • This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with the potential for a permanent position based on performance
