     Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Medical Assistant (certified preferred) or LPN to join our outstanding team in assisting with the clinical care of our patients. Job duties will include but not limited to follows providers orders in treatment of patient, performs patient intake including taking vitals, health history, drawing blood, performing lab tests, assisting in medical/surgical procedures, performing prior authorizations on medication and diagnostic testing, and administering medications, including vaccines and other injectables as directed by the provider. Answers, responds, and follows up with patient phone calls. Works effectively with others in a productive manner. Previous clinical experience in a medical setting is a plus. Ideal candidate is an empathetic individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills in order to meet patient needs and contribute to a positive care experience. This is a 40 hour per week, full-time position. Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance is a must.
