Are you a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a motivated professional to join a busy outpatient practice and provide exceptional patient care while supporting both clinical and administrative operations.

What You'll Do:

• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures
• Record medical histories, vital signs, and other clinical information
• Assist physicians and nurses during exams and minor procedures
• Prepare and stock exam rooms, equipment, and medical supplies
• Perform basic laboratory duties and administer medications as directed
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient check-in/check-out
• Support billing and other administrative tasks as needed
• Help ensure a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the office

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• EMR experience is a plus

About the Opportunity:
This is a small satellite clinic with a close-knit team environment. You'll work independently as the only Medical Assistant on-site alongside the provider and front desk staff. Physicians rotate through the office, making this a great role for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy. The clinic is expected to remain open through the end of the year before merging into a larger location.
