You will creating schedules, manage schedules,, following up with clients, intakes, authorizations, case manangement, managing technician caseloads, viewing timecards and signatures providing routine support alongside staff members and medical staff, and assisting with keeping track of documentation and reports to ensure everything submitted to insurance companies on time. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working in an Applied Behavioral Analysis office environment, and has previous office experience.
