    Position Summary:

    The Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehab Medical Assistant is responsible for coordinating the administrative and clinical duties of rehabilitation services provided to the patient and family in a safe, timely, cost-effective, and respectful manner. Patient and family-centered care is delivered in collaboration with the patient, family, and all members of the rehabilitation team. The Medical Assistant is supervised by a Registered Nurse and reports to the department manager.

    Position Qualification:

    High School Diploma (Required)

    BLS (Required)

    Certification in Medical Assisting as approved by the department manager (required at or within 6 months of hire)
